Please note that none of our support staff will ask you for credit card details. We use paypal or in some cases wire transfers. Since we discuss by email, you have not login/password hassles either.
Please pay only after bookings are done and we invoice you. So it never hurts to send in a request and talk to us!
Terms Clarification
1. We need full payment before your trip, typically 21 days prior.
2. Cancelation policy varies based on nature of trip, hotels etc. High/Peak season and certain special charters (catamarans liveaboards, camping, etc) may need a deposit well in advance, and have strict refund policies.
3. Regardless of trip options, you will be notified of cancellation/refund policies before your final booking/invoicing.
4. Since each trip has different pre-requisites and logistical issues, you will get a detailed list of terms for that trip. We try our best to ensure safety,health, and financial well being of our guests, but we or our partners will not be held responsible for any losses (health or financial) that may incur accidentally or otherwise, on account of our bookings.
